Amazing customer service. Lovely lady greeted us at the reception desk and we went straight through into our scan. Julius scanned me and is a really nice guy. The whole experience was fab. Thanks

After our initial early 12 week scan we left happy and satisfied. However, upon following this up with a second gender scan we’ve been left very disappointed. Being told by the gentleman we are having a girl, we have left the centre and set about spreading the good news amongst friends and family. Fast forward a week to our NHS 20 week scan we were instantly told clear as day it is in fact a boy, backed up by a second opinion. Now don’t get me wrong, we fully understand this can happen and you cover yourself within the signed paperwork. But when phoning up to discuss this I feel absolutely let down by the lack of you not willing to do anything about it. Not asking for a refund, but I have read many cases in which people have been invited back for a free second opinion. Not the case here. We need to part way with another payment for another visit to have a second opinion. Quite frankly a gesture of goodwill would have been nice. Anyway this is my experience here, we will not be returning or recommending to friends.

Booked a gender scan here and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly. My baby was uncooperative, so the sonographer had us go for a little walk and did a quick rescan 10 min later. This meant that we could be confident about the gender and get a few nice pictures of the little one! We would definitely come back here for any future scans.

Went to the Brentwood ultrasound plus today. Had an amazing experience! The girls were lovely to me and my partner and also Julius who scanned me was lovely and had us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I can only say that both times I have been I have have been blown away by the awesome service! My husband can't stop raving about how great the service was from Julius! We can not say thank you enough and we are looking forward to our 4D scan in 3 months. Great online booking system.
